Yesterday, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the first Lange collection of the modern era, Pisa and Lange kicked off an exhibition of all of A. Lange & Söhne’s 2019 SIHH releases as well as all of the 25th anniversary Lange 1 models launched to date. These models, in addition to some very rare historical pocket watches from the Lange archives, will be shown at the Milan Lange boutique at Pisa Orologeria, Via Verri 9, from July 18–28. And for good measure, the giant, three-meter-tall Zeitwerk Date created specifically for the SIHH 2019 will be on display in Milan’s Golden Triangle. That’s because this year doesn’t just mark the 25th anniversary of the Lange 1 and the first post-relaunch Lange collection. It’s also the tenth anniversary of the Zeitwerk.
