The bracelet on this GMT is just as well finished as the case, and the Grand Seiko Hi-Beat GMT will be made in three editions of 600 pieces each. While black and silver are offered, it is clearly this green iteration that’s the standout. Pricing here is $7,250, or approximately $1,600 less than Rolex’s new GMT-Master. In terms of build quality, there isn’t anything out there better than these two for an everyday GMT, it just comes down to whether you’d rather look at a Rolex on your wrist or a limited-edition Grand Seiko. You can read more about the Hi-Beat 36,000 GMT Limited Edition with new caliber 9S86 right here.

Additionally, this watch is now available, along with the entire Seiko and Grand Seiko lines, at their first U.S. boutique at 510 Madison Avenue in NYC. I encourage you all to swing by and check it out. The contact information for the boutique is available right here.
