While much of the mystery surrounding this watch was dispelled five years later in this very interesting follow up, it is safe to say that this very limited watch never made it even to low Earth orbit or indeed into any sort of retail environment. From NASA to Plan-les-Ouates to the Moon, the Apollo program was a uniquely special time and has become a lasting genre within the world of watch enthusiasm.
