In-Depth I’ve Changed My Mind About The Seiko SPB153

I’ve stopped calling my SPB153 the “new Willard.” I understand Seiko’s reference numbers are perplexing, and there’s an easily packable connection to the watch and Apocalypse Now. But let’s instead consider that scientists, divers, an astronaut, an alpinist, and many more, all used the watch to do honorable jobs carrying out their work in the real world. Like I said, I haven’t changed my mind in terms of wearing the watch, it’s still as good as it ever was. Instead I’ve just come to appreciate it well beyond the Willard connection.
